Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 cans refried beans
2 cans black beans drained
2 cans corn without juice
2 cans chicken broth
mix in pot
boil 4 chicken breast and separate meat

place 2 cups salsa
1-2 8 oz. diced tomatoes
3 tomatillos
1 jalapeno without seeds
1/2 white onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 bunch cilantro
3/4 tsp. cumin in blender

add all ingredients to a casserole dish and cook on 350 for an hour. Serve with chips and soy or almond cheese.
